The fact that the Germans were fighting a war on two fronts (particularly during the harsh Russian winter)

It's suspected that Hitler was suffering from "Parkinson's Disease" and this affected his military strategy/judgement

Most important reason- it wasn't part of God's plan for Germany to win.
