Yes. To contract HIV, the virion must come in contact with either mucus membranes or circulatory system. As far as oral sex, you can get HIV due to breaks in the skin that occur in the mouth (ie cuts, canker sores etc.) that can allow for HIV to move its way into the blood stream.

Precum doesn't directly contain sperm as sperm is only present during ejaculation BUT, precum can have sperm in it due to previous ejaculations. Sperm can get caught in other ducts such as the ducts leading to the calper glands that, when ejaculation occurs, traps sperm inadvertantly. When the male experiences another arrousal after a previous session, sperm can be counted in higher numbers in precum due to release of fluid from the different ducts in which sperm could have been trapped.

Always use a condom to prevent STI's, STD's and pregnancy.

no you can not get the hiv virus by oral sex at all,, but u can get such things as herpes..
