i uninstalled LIMEWIRE. now i cant get rid of it compleatly. parts r still hiding causing problims?

i downloaded a file and it went to my shared file. when i try to delete it it says its still being used by another program. so far no matter what i do it wont go away. its slowing down my computer. its not a virus, i checked.

Reinstall LIMEWIRE and use LIMEWIRE's uninstall program, not Windows Add/remove programs.

its ok...restart your pc..then go to that file/folder again and delete it..but make sure there is no multitasking and shutdown all the application...try i 2 or 3 time after u restarting ur pc
