well, it's tricky b'cuz there is no standard ice cream scoop. I owned an Ice Cream store and usually a small is 3-4 oz (measured by weight) and a cup is 8oz (measured by volume) . I would either wing it and figure 2 small scoops or I'd be super exact and actually fill a 1 cup measure with ice cream and then scoop it out to find out how many of your scoops it is.
