Mormons live all over the world, not just in Utah. They do not practice Polygamy. They have a strong belief in marriage and family. When you marry you are married for all eternity not till death do you part.

Firstly, the modern LDS (Morman) church has condemned those who practice polygamy.
Next, to the person just above me: Joseph Smith was the "Founder" of the LDS church. Brigham Young, the man who took over the Church as the President, led the Mormons from Independance, Missouri to seek Zion, which they found in good ol' Salt Lake.

Mormanism is a religion, not an ethnicity. They are best known for practicing polygamy, or having relations with many different people. They are those people who have like three or four wives, to put it simply.

mormons just dont believe in marage and were led by John Smith adn after ppl killed hiim John Brinham took over i believe adn moved them to utah

not country-- state, UTAH. Polygamist beliefs. Not as bad as people make them sound. All wives are participatory in the "marriage".
