Every morning that I wake up and look at my wonderful husband and see my three beautiful children I know that my prayers have been answered. Every step of my life has been a sequence of prayers. Not always asking for a specific thing, but for the right thing. Even when things are looking like they are never going to work out, they always do and in looking back your prayers were answered...you just didn't know it at the time.

Many times. I have two wonderful and healthy children. I have survived many health issues myself. But the one that impacted me the most was when I was about 14 years old. I was going through some issues with my mother and I prayed for a way to solve it. I actually heard a soft voice whisper in my ear while I was laying there looking out the window. The voice used the scene in front of me demonstrate the problem and solution. I felt so at ease after that and I talked to my mother about the solution and things worked out great. Hearing the voice of God and an answer to a prayer - what an experience.

I'm surprised you have to ask. Perhaps we should ask if you really pray? If you do, then pray that whatever you ask is done according to God's will and not yours. He knows best so don't doubt. All my prayers have been answered since I started praying like this. If I don't get what I pray for, I accept that God has other plans (usually better) or wants to grant me at a diff time. Also try praying for others more. You'll see the results, I promise. I pray God hears your next prayer though!

Many many times. I can't remember all of them, but one that really sticks out in my mind is in March of 2000 when my daughter was dying. Someone I know had an internet prayer ring and sent an alert. Within about an hour, thousands of people all over the world were praying for my baby. Almost immediately she started to recover. Coincidence? It's possible but highly doubtful because so many babies in her situation die every single day. The doctors gave her almost no chance. They said it would take a miracle, and we GOT our miracle. We beat too many odds with her. God wants her here for some reason.
Just last night I had another prayer answered. It's too personal (involving my husband) and I can't share it online, but it was a very very obvious answer. No doubt in my mind.

Oh, Yes!! Many times. Too numerous to list. God answers all of our prayers. It's just that He doesn't always give us the answer we want. He gives us what He knows is best for us. Of course we like it when we get our way. Just like our children do. As parents we have the wisdom and knowledge to say yes to some things our children want and no to others. God does it all so much better than we do.

Yes, I have many times.
One time I was very sad, and I barely felt like praying but I did anyway. I prayed that God would help me feel better. I told him how horrible I felt and how bad things were in my life. Afterwards, I actually felt worse, probably because I had just talked about all the negative things to God. But suddenly I felt moved to read the Jewish Siddur - liturgy. And in that was all praise of God for all the GOOD things in life. Wow, after that I did feel tremendously better! I feel that the liturgy was an answer to my spontaneous prayer.
My baby cousin fell off of a truck and had a cracked skull and was completely unconscious. I asked people on here to pray for her. The very next day, she recovered like I never imagined. The doctors could not believe her quick and complete recovery! She was sent home soon and she has been fine.
I prayed another time that God help me with my job. I was so miserable at work. The same day, I picked up a book and was reading about Jagannath - an incarnation of Krishna. There on this page was the answer to how I could enjoy my work. And the picture of Jaganath suddenly appealed to me like never before. I had always found the image a little hard to relate to and never felt close to God in that form. But suddenly, I could see God in this form, and I fell in love with Jagannath. It's hard to explain this, but it is true.
I have had so many prayers that I feel have been answered. Those were just a few, but I have things like this happen all the time.

I have a wife whom I love.
I have a healthy son whom I love.
I'm healthy, strong, and Happy.
I live in a beautiful house in an area that is great.
I am an American.
I have a good job, and a great looking future.
I have had more prayers answered than any man deserves, and I am thankful for it. I'm far from the most spiritual man you'll ever meet, but I know when I'm beeing taken care of.

When you are growing up in the Family of GOD, it's like walking on Ice when you learn how to pray. As you grow, your faith and confidence in GOD answering your prayers gets better, and you start walking across the Ice to the other side.As you start praying with people on the same level, alot of prayers get answer. And GOD let's you see the results. When I got SAVED, I started praying for my immediate family to get saved too. One by one they have come into the Kingdom of GOD. You'll want your family saved first, then the neighbors, then the city, then the state etc.

Yes, for 15 years my husband and I tried to get pregnant. We went to all the best doctors, 8 doctors in 10 years, and the response we got was "you can't get pregnant, so just forget about it". I had Poly-Cystic Ovarian Disorder, and a bad case of it at that.
So I prayed, constantly, to get pregnant. Finally, I gave up and told God that I wasn't going to pray for it anymore, I would trust it to Him and that was that. And although I didn't verbally ask Him for a baby anymore, that longing was soaked into my heart, so much so that I got seriously depressed and lost 50 pounds (I was always overweight).
I was able to quit my job and let my husband work, so I did, and stayed at home, literally trapped in my home by depression and agoraphobia. Then one day, I started a period (hadn't had one in 15 years), and by the next month, I was pregnant.
Now I'm a mom of two girls, ages 2 and 4, and KNOW that God answers prayer.

Yes, quite often. The ones that I remember most are among the first. When I accepted Jesus, and started my walk, I was going through a very, very rough time, my mom had just passed away, boyfriend of 9 years cheating on me, blah, blah... I just prayed (talked to) God and asked him to let me get through it all, to forgive me for all the bad, mean feelings I was having, to soften my heart, and open my eyes, and ears and to accept whatever he was gracious enough to give me. He was so much more than gracious to me in that he gave my Ex a woman that makes him totally miserable. He helped me to understand why he took my mom when I was only 17, he gave me a new boyfriend who is now my husband of 16 years (and is also a Christian), we have 2 beautiful children and a very happy life. I know I wouldn't be where I am today if God hadn't been in control of my life. I could have turned away from him during those trying times and I believe that if I had I would have probably committed suicide.
