First you must be approached by an immortal. Then the Kiss must be placed upon you. After which you will become a part of one of five basic clans. Daeva,Mekhet, Nosferatu, Gangrel,or Ventrue.After that you may attune your blood to the bloodlines of your clan.After which you might become one of too many to mention here bloodlines. Best of Luck on FINDING an immortal. But be careful.After about 300 years you face the fog of eternity.

Do something that totally changes the face of society like Bill Gates - now he is a man who will live in infamy!
Truthfully, there is no real reason why our bodies should wear out as they do, when they do. I believe our thought patterns cause disease and hardship - I am sure that you can think yourself into immortality (i have a feeling though we all go at roughly the same time because it isn't that much fun here after that)

do not except death as an inevatable as all of us do. with enough mind power and will, even you could over come death. the only things stopping you from becomeing immortal is religous views. people want to believe that there is some kind of after life where you become immortal in there fictious religion threw the belief of jesus christ.Has god ever said you couldnt become immortal and that man written bible dosent count as his words. believe and you shall.

If you are fortunate enough to survive armageddon, and then you are able to maintain your integrity to God throughout Christs one thousand year reign. And at the end of the one thousand years when satan is released from the abyss to test mankind one more time and you still are able to maintain your integrity to God. Then you may have the possibility to gain eternal life. I suppose that then can be called imortality.
