If he's not comfortable enough with you to take his shirt off, he won't be comfortable having sex with you. I think the two of you need to get to know each other better and get more comfortable with each other and wait to have sex until he doesn't mind that he's a little chubby because he knows you don't mind.

Don't do it. He's shouldn't be having sex if he's not comfortable with his body. Sex is about showing the other person all of you body and soul.

well i agree that perhaps he's not really ready to be making love to you yet. however if his self image is his only hang up about the deal, you should let him know that you love him enough that any imperfections he feels he has don't matter to you.
