Go to your local court house. They will have a place where you can look up on a computer or micro fische the records of individuals. I did on my brother in law and found out somethings that wasn't to nice.

You will need a copy of their last pay stub, social security number and copy of their driver's license plus a pretty good reason to know this information before the police would give it to you.
