Well, I'll tell you why. The Mexicans would be more than happy
to build a border fence but they would put steps on both sides
of the fence or a door towards the bottom like you'd have for
your dog to come and go as it wishes. Got the picture? Si.

because the fence is to keep illegal immigrants from coming into the U.S. Bringing them in to work on it would defeat the purpose. Unless they build the fence on the Mexican side.

They'll hire a government contractor to build it that contractor will then subcontract it to some Mexicans Makes perfect sense huh?

He let them take work from others in Katrina. Many Blacks and Whites were let go and replaced by Companies (lumber-carpenters-labors) who hired Illegals. Some are picketing today not that the Media shows it.

because they don't want to earn a living by working their butts off they all want to live for free(welfare, medicare and etc.) and that is possible only by crossing to Great U.S of America.
