North Korea, because the US has forgotten how to actually fight a war to complete victory,we go half way and never truly finish the job,
the only reason by the way that North Korea is there in the first place.

Seoul for sure will get caught in the crossfire of the two imperialistic countries.
Don't forget, after all, that if Ping-Pong-il and Iran are trying to get the bomb, that's only due to Bush's stupid expansionistic policies that have scared the sh*t out of these "rogue states".
Good job, USA! Thanks a lot for disrupting world peace and screwing up the partly-successful south korean "sunshine policy" torwards its psychotic neighbour.

North Korea would be patrolled by Americans within 3 months of hostilities.
As POWs, the North Koreans would welcome our food and good treatment, something they are not getting now and won't get in their own country.
