How often do you need to go grocery shopping?

I go once a week. As silly as it sounds, I always have a grocery list with me. It shortens the trip, saves money, and you don't have to feel stupid yeat again for forgetting to buy something you really needed.

i go like 3 times a week. twice durring the work week. on my way home. pick up fresh frute and vegs. in the summer maybe chicken to grill. then once on the weekend. for more stuff.
