My dad is vegetarian so I know tons of stuff about wat you are talking about. Except he doesn't eat seafood. You could bring vegetable soup in a thermus. Or make a salad with shrinp in it. (that tatses really good) There are tons of ideas out there. Or you could just mix and match some stuff. Do you like tofu? My dad eats tofu alot. You should try it. Alot of vegetarians eat tofu. You can just make regular seafood stuff. There is no difference in the recipes probably. well, hope i helped you!

To get your food to stay warm they're some bags that keep your food warm or cool, they're called thermos bags. A good sandwich is a veggie sandwich. You make it by using 2 pieces of whole wheat bread [good for you!], lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, and mayo. That's it! It's healthy and pretty tasty.

i have the exact same diet. so I'm assuming you don't have access to a microwave... if that's the case, get an insulated lunch box/bag.. and some hand warmers. they sell them at sports stores like academy and oshmans. shake it and throw it in in the morning.. by lunch time, it should still be pretty warm, and they don't cost much..

also, for the lunch ideas.... tuna sandwich is always a good fallback, but if you're in the mood for something else- tabouli is great with corn chips, Vietnamese spring rolls, (recipe) maybe some cooked penne pasta in a baking pan, cover with cream of mushroom soup, fresh basil and mozzarella cook at 375 for 15 min. or so... its one of my original quickies and one of my faves
