Your body temp will rise (slightly)
Alcohol will dehydrate you. One of the first signs of serious dehydration is excessive sweating.

My ex did and it was annoying and if I touched his leg at night for to long It would make me hot and start sweating.. he would let off a lot of heat from his body also b/c of it.

i agree with the first answer and thensome alcohol is poisonous to your system so your body trys to get rid of its poisons through secreting them out (sweat) or through your urine... this is why you sweat while you are drinking
