This is a function of who or what you call God. If your father is your God, he is most likely circumcised. But, however, if the God you are talking about is the God that sane minds percieve to be the Creator, cherisher and sustainer of the worlds, you have a blasphemous mind and you have only two options:

1. To repent and be sane
2. To persist and have a reservation for yourself in the depths of hell.

Yes, it is. Jesus was a Messianic Jew. About 99.9% of ALL Jews were circumcised and possibly HAD to be.. I hope that helps

God does not have a physical body like you and me. Therefore, there is nothing there to circumcise.

Even though that is their common practice, I seriously doubt that a mother would allow her child to be cut on back then. But, I could be wrong. And we are speaking of Jesus, not God, right?

Jesus came in the New Testment, I thought male circumcised was in the Old Testment (old Laws) My question is who need to know if he was or not? Is this going to affected you life in any way?
