This is a stupid and uninformed question.

OK, I'm sorry that you have a little penis but most dwarfs are only short of stature because of their LONG BONES not growing properly. That leaves them anatomically similar to the average population.
So a dwarf female would still make you feel quite small, probably.
Fortunately for humans, our hand size reflects the general size of our genital proportion....so YOU will always have a perfect sized little friend.......even if you'll be lonelier than most of the dwarfs I've known.

Well, having a small penis it's something normal, like the 25% of men have it... it's something like to have small breasts for girls, which there's a percentage as well... or in the other hand having a big penis is normal too, like the 10% of men have it... anyway for most men a size in between 4 to 8 inches is *normal*
only if a penis is smaller or bigger than that could need some medical attention... perhaps the dwarfs... many of them don't have a normal sexual life because their genital organs are not normal among other organs... that's why many dwarfs are naturally sterile and also have shorter lives... if you need more information about penis sizes or dwarfs go to an Encyclopedia... :P

Don't focus all of your attention on your penis. A relation ship based on love values so much more than sex.the little things sometimes mean the most. the things you say, the stuff you do ,and the way you go about doing the things you do can contribute to a very successful relationship, even marriage.
who knows your wife may prefer a small penis not everyone like the same things.

Only if you fancy dwarves. Some women don't like big willys so you could try finding one of them first. Shagging dwarves might give you a bit of back ache with all the bending down you will be doing.

Well if you are, don't be stupid. You will find someone that will accept you for your manhood.
My simple advice is that you date around chances are you'll get someone, life ain't all about the size its a say 'its quality not quantity'.
Somebody will be interested in you the 'quality' of your personality and the 'quantity' meaning size of manhood.
