I assume you mean drugs? Best thing to do is be honest and face the consequences. Your mom probably will not "kick" you out of the house but she might insist you go to drug rehab. Your mom loves you unconditionally but she will be very hurt, angry and disappointed. I am sure she wanted better for you and expected better of you. You let her down. Expect her reaction and give her time to cool down. She will then help you.
It is time to take responsibility for your actions, come clean and stay off drugs. Good luck!

Grugs? What exactly is grugs? Sounds like drugs, so I'll go with that.
STOP DOING IT YOU RETARDED FEMALE IF THAT IS WHAT YOU REALLY ARE.
If you're involved with drugs and worried about telling your mom, stop doing drugs and tell her later in life. Gah. Fix the problem, don't complicate it.

If you mean drugs, you should listen to your instincts and tell her. After her initial shock, her motherly instincts may kick in and she may want to help you...
Obviously, you want to be helped. And you WANT to tell her. Trust what your instincts are telling you. At this point, the only thing you need to be scared of is continuing with the drugs, not coming clean to your mother, that should be the least of your worries.
Also, you need to be prepared to face whatever consequence comes your way. Meaning, know somewhere safe you can go in case she does kick you out. If you want help, do some research (online) for a rehab place or psychologist or psychiatrist, and be prepared to offer that information to your mom. That will show her you are serious about addressing your problem.
If she does kick you out, get help regardless. Doing drigs and getting caught up in it (addicted) is a one way street to hell on earth and hell after death...
Please take care of yourself, man up and confide in your mother!

Whatever you do? Do not be afraid. Your mother will understand so just tell her you will never do drugs and get on a rehab program as a sign of trust. Do not worry.
