Can I just point out that in here the only ones that say homosexuality is a sin are those that are Chrisitan, what if you are not Christian it is not a sin. And anyway where are the Muslims that also say its a sin - nowhere, they know when to accept other peoples choice in lifestyle and belief and dont critise it. I have never heard of a Muslim damming a homosexual that does not follow their religion, they know when to quit!

Homosexuality has been around since the beginning of time. Take a look at the link I provide for info regarding the Bible and homosexuality.
Christians, or any body, who oppose homosexuality and use the Bible to do so are no better than the terrorists who blew up the WTC in the name of Allah. the bible is not meant to be read as a black and white intruction manual to life. It is a book of parables and lessons to be learned. Was Jonas literally swallow by the whale? I think not, but he was swallowed by things that he worshipped more than God.
Also, the bible does not even contain all of God's scriptures....a group of men sat down and picked and chose which scriptures they would include. the bible has also been alterred due to "the telephone game"...stories change as they are passed along.
God did create homosexuals. I am a child of God. I do not believe in man-made religon, but have strong spiritual beliefs with strong scientific beliefs as well. I am a good person, I am in a good relationship and those who judge me shall reap what the sow. I do not judge others, but do ask God to forgive those epople who use His word to discriminate against others. Those who cannot open their mind enough to see that their way is not the only way. God bless you.

of course the easy answer is that there is no god.
But for the sake of argument, lets say there is. Is it possible for an all powerfull god to be helpless? Because that's what we have when god has no control.
Is god in fact all powerfull? If so, would not a loving god take steps to prevent any soul befalling eternal torture?
Is god in fact all knowing? Can he see the future? If not, where does prophecy fit in?
If so, why coulden't god create a world where there is no need for hell? does god make mistakes? If not, how could anyone end up in hell without his wishing it?
what it all boils down to is this: Either god is in control of the universe and everything in it, or he is not. If he is, How can you think that anything that happens is not happening EXACTLY how god wants it to, inculding people rejecting him and going to hell? If he is not, how can you call him god?

Well, God was hanging out in a nightclub when after a few drinks he walked up on what he thought was a woman. "She" turned around and it was really a man dressed as a woman.
God was embarrassed, but being the Supreme Being, he couldn't let this show. So he tried to play it off as an accidental slip.
But the guy who's accidental rump God accidentally groped was flatered to garner the attention of such a powerful creature.
So the queer guy followed God around all night saying, "So, what's up good lookin'" and "Hey, fella" and winking a lot.
It was then and there God made it illegal for one man to fall in love with another man. And by fall in love I mean have sex.
I think it was in 1983.

God didn't make homosexuals. He made people without an inclination to sin and after our human race fell they experimented with all types of sins like adultery, homosexuality, rape, murder, stealing, etc... Homosexuality was never good in God's eyes. He doesn't hate guys loving guys, He hates guys lusting after guys. Our society doesn't seem to realize there's a difference.

This paradox you have might be explained this way:
God is love,
true love allows free-choice (free will),
not all those with free will love.
So, it is not God who stopped loving or changed His mind. It is the people who "choose" NOT to love God that does something reprehensible and un-natural.
Sex is not love, it is sex. The purpose of sex is to reproduce. In this way man and woman share in God's procreation. To do otherwise is sexual abuse. To believe otherwise would encourage all other forms of sexual deviance they not only are normal, but have a right. This would be a perversion of freedom that minimizes a person's duties and responsibilities. This is why abortion is used as a means of birth control. SEXUAL IRRESPONSIBILITY!!!

God will never think abomination, but he will think we stray from the path. He will forgive and hope we come back to him. Sadly homosexuals are the ones who will never come back.
