Here's an easy one. Have a large glass of milk or juice 10 minutes before every meal, or a bowl of broth or basic soup. Stop eating when you feel full. Your stomach will send a "full" signal to your brain earlier in the meal then, and you'll eat less.
When you go to a restaurant, bring tupperware and put half your entree in there.
Skip the following completely:
1. Alcohol
2. Fried foods
3. Candy
4. Red Meat
Do any kind of exercise for 30 minutes a day four times week. Exercise at a rate that leaves you sweaty but not panting.
After a month you'll see results that are sustainable.

When I wanted to loose my weight, I talked to my doctor. She gave me advice to up my protein to 115grams a day, lower my fat intake to 30grams a day and eat less than 100grams of carbs. I tracked all of this on fitday.com. (It's free!) And be sure to drink water.
At first, give yourself 2 "cheat days" (like Wednesday and Sat.) so that you can eat what you have been craving-but don't go overboard. After about 6 weeks, knock out that Wednesday "cheat day" and only allow yourself one on the weekend and try to go low fat on those days as well. (sugar free jello pudding, baked tortilla chips....)
I walk for about an hour everyday, but I was told that 30 minutes of good exercise 4-5 times a week will give you results. I also bought some weights and us them in the evening when my fave. show is on and do upper body one day and legs the next day. I do abs each day.
I have lost a considerable amount of weight this way and have been able to keep it off, unlike any other diet/exercise program I had tried before.
Just remember that YOU are worth the effort you put forth in loosing your weight!
Good Luck.

A good way to lose weight is to drink apple cider vinegar. Like one TBSP with one cup of water. Drink that when you wake up in the morning. Then you can also sprinkle a little on your food as well...like cabbage or greens. Also I have heard if you drink a glass of ice cold water first thing when you get up it helps too. Drink plenty of water before you eat any meal. It helps you to not overeat.

First, don't gorge tonight. That's a classic mistake that people make right before starting a diet. Tomorrow, just do it. Don't eat what you shouldn't and focus on eating what you should. Indulge occasional cravings to help avoid binges.

Weight is ruled by caloric expenditure vs. intake, it rather is itself a function of dozens of different variables. working example, energy from carbohydrates are saved as adipose if no longer burned at present, in assessment to the slower-burning fat and proteins. i might think of in case you have been protecting your weight, then adopting a eating ordinary wherein your energy stay the comparable yet your carbohydrate intake will strengthen critically (as is standard with diverse uncooked diets) might finally deliver approximately weight benefit, except you apart from mght plan to strengthen your exercising critically.
