Hey girlz , do you know that feeling where you feel so empty like there is a hole in your heart , this guy i like i found out that he likes me too but my dad has come between us he wont let me have a chance with him he said that he isnt the one for me and that i derserve better but i have deep feelings for him and i dont care what my dad says but he said that if i see him that our bond with eachother ill lose thats how much he hates this guy i like , well anyways he is leaving on Friday and i cant stand the fact that he will be gone soon , he hasnt even left yet and already i feel empty inside he said that he is coming back in a week but my dad said no that i need to get over it cause he will do anything in his powers to make sure that we dont become a couple ... i dunno what to do i dunno why he is doing this ? plz somebody help me cause i dont wanna feel this way

I can't say I have ever experienced that situation, but I've had a simliar feeling before. Sounds like you don't know why your dad is doing this to you. Ask him. That's the only way you're going to find out. Tell him how you feel about it over dinner or sit with him and make him see you as a woman, not as his little girl. Then ask him calmly why he doesn't want you to date this young man. He may have a very good reason for it, or he may not.
Tell your lover that you will wait for him and you won't give up if he'll promise you that he'll think of you while he's gone. You can't make him do anything, but if he's good for you, he'll at least promise you that. Best of luck.

Your father is doing that because it's his job... you are his little girl no matter if you have a sister or brother, he just doesnt want to let you go, even though he is acting mad, he is very sad inside. I'm not really sure how you can see the boys you met. I'm sorry you can't see him, but the only reason you Dad is doing that is because he doesn't want you to grow up just yet.

we always want more of what our parents hate its like reverse physc or something. i wonder how you would have felt if your dad said he was ok with him and please dont say that would have been kool. your dad knows something you dont and he is trying to protect you. open up your ears and listen, there are plenty more where he came from...
