I need help loosing weight, getting motivated to working out, and resisting junk food.


It's not that i'm fat i'd just like to feel healthier and skinnier and firmer.

Some tricks I use:
1. dont buy junk food - its easy to resist junk food if there isnt any in your cupboard or fridge. Make sure you stock up on healthy snacks like low fat cottage cheese and wheatthins and fruit
2. Buy a really cute pair of jeans that is one or 2 sizes too small - or the weight you want to get to. You'll have an actual reward hanging in your closet to keep you motivated. Give yourself a date when you will wear the jeans - like your next birthday or anniversary.
3. Tell a friend to meet you at the gym. You'll see its not easy to skip the gym once you've promised someone else - you can always fool yourself, but your friend will hold you to your word.

Motivation..hmm...well I would find a friend who wants to do the same and work out with him/her. Join a gym together..often times they offer discounts for two people. Also, maybe there is some event that you have to go to in a few months..for example a friend's wedding..this can provide motivation to succeed.

I would say more toned is a better goal than skinny. That way you feel firmer and feel great.

I think the best thing to take to heart is to keep consistent..mix up your workouts, try to maintain a fairly balanced diet..(although one cheat day a wk is ok if in moderation), and don't lose faith in your goals. Eventually, you might plateau..in weight loss..and you need to stick to..it..its tough but you will be glad you did. Good luck.

Nothing wrong with working out just eat sensibly and stay away from the junk food

try drinking water and staying away from all sugar. find a workout buddy or 2, the more the better chance of working out. do a workout of cardio and weights. the more muscle you have the higher your metabolism

Boyfriends always help your motivation by giving you confidence and allowing you to motivate yourself to look good for him so find a crush or boyfriend

But what if you were fat?

Find a cute boyfriend. Just think how you can make yourself look attractive for him.

That can be your motivation.

get HEALTHY junk food like dessert snacks my mom does ( 100 caliore packs special k choclate drizzle bars & there r more 2!)
