Get a small baby bottle with milk, or with puppy formula. Its better, cleaner, safer, and you can bond with them.

Go to your nearest pet store and buy a bottle meant for feeding baby animals, also buy some puppy formula. Might want to call a vet and check in with him/her to make sure the puppies are alright.

go to petsmart and get the bottles that are small and plastic
then get some canned puppy milk you can get that at petsmart or walmart either or will help... i tried it and it works

BEST is to clip their front nails then gently file them so mom will feed them again. this is prob. why mom doesnt want to now.

I would get the can food for the puppies or you could crumple up the hard biscuts and stuff and give it to the pup as powder ! idk
