I was in a relationship with a cocaine addict. I got out of it after MY health became an issue due to the stress he was causing ME. I know it may sound uncaring, but you have to look out for yourself.

You don't. I'd kick the person out of my life. Meth is nasty and gnarly and you shouldn't have to ruin your life with that crap just because someone else chose meth over you.

Go to NA meetings with them. Get one on one and couples counceling. Trust is earned so there will need to be time spent healing what was lost.

Finally had to leave my 'recovering' meth addict . . . . . I don't think they ever really 'recover'.
Jail didn't help, NA didn't help, threats, talks, love, compassion, nothing worked.

I don't believe there is such a thing as a 'recovering' meth addict.

They WILL relapse, so it may never happen.
