he was one of my very good friends and we went out for about a year off and on, he was my first love...and totally broke my heart, im in a new relationship now..but i STILL think about him sometimes, it feels like im the only one who doesn't like him in my whole school..i want nothing to do with him..is that so bad?

No, it is natural. You will always remember your first love but you have to make sure you don't set yourself up for failure because of what he did to you to end it. Learn from that relationship and protect your future relationships from the same destruction.

Since he was your first true love and he broke your heart you have every right to still hate him. My ex and I broke up about 10 years ago and I still hate him. I guess it's because 9 years ago he decided he wanted nothing to do with my daughter.

No sometimes I feel that way about ex-friends. It sometimes feels like the more other people like them, the more I hate them. And sometimes it takes a whole year for me to get over my rage towards them.

No it's not bad and I'm sure it's not "hate" that you have since hate is such a strong word. I'm sure you are still feeling hurt about what happened. I've been there and it gets better with time. In time you may even decide to be his friend again.

Nothing wrong with that. When people hurt you that hurt lasts for a long time. You have the right to feel the way you did because what he did to you he didn't do to anyone else so they shouldn't judge how you feel.

i understand what your saying... i was screwed over by ma ex, i was with her for 3 years since year 11, she just left me on the spot saying that its not right... please explain lol... but far out the amount of grief i have for that girl i would want to hunt her and kill her... she has dated 4 guys in 6 months since we broke up... dont worry bout him man, he means nothing but SH!T to you!!!

you think about him because you still care about him.there is a really thin line between love and hate and it is really hard to distinguish between the two.
