Here's a recipe for Oven Fried Chicken.
Garlicky Oven Fried Chicken
1 (2 ½ lb) broiler-fryer, cut up
1 c sour cream
1 T lemon juice
1 tsp celery salt
½ t pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t salt
1 t paprika
¾ c enriched flour
1/3 c oil or shortening
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, celery salt, pepper, and garlic mashed with 1 teaspoon salt and paprika. Pour over chicken in a refrigerator dish. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight. Drain. Dredge with flour mixed with salt. Heat oil in and 8x12x2 inch baking dish. Place the chicken in pan, skin side down. Bake at 400* for 30 to 40 minutes; turn and bake 30 minutes longer or until tender and golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
