The hardest thing to know about losing weight is there is NO Magic Pill. No quick solution, only lot's of hard work and self control.
The worst part about dieting for me is that the minute I restrict myself from a certain food, all I want is that particular food! It's a total head thing.

Constantly fighting hunger pains. Try not to eat anything after 6:00P.M. every night. That's hard too especially on the weekends. Put a goal in front of your immediate needs so you can fight better.
