Ok well my girlfriend of seven months just recently started talking to her ex fiance again after five months of not talking to him. He still wants her and she has been spending too much time with him on the phone and others. I am going to talk to her about how I feel about this in a respectiable way. If she still wants to continue relations with him after I talk to her what should I do. This makes me uncomfortable

Sounds like you already know what to do. Talk to her first, tell her how this bothers you and ask her what she intends to do.

That's ridiculous. She has no business talking to him, especially when he still wants her back. This is going to lead to nothing but trouble, I've been there already. Either she stops, or you will have to let her go, bottom line.

how much time does she spend with you? does she just talk to him or do they spend time together? if you feel like you are not getting what you need from her, you should go find it with a girl who is willing to offer herself and her respect to you.
