hw to keep my curls??

my curls hair is like african american curls, but im not black. it gets poofy and frizzy when it dries. what should i do to keep my curls flat and curly??

I use kinky-curly products. they are really great and extend your curl.

Frizz Ease has great hair care line for frizzy hair, as does Fructese (sp?).
