*he is trustworthy and faithful
*he is hard worker and has lots of skills
*he dont want to leave but dont have choice in earning more for our future esp for our sons future.
*i want him to be successful on his crafts and help him achieve dreams.
*i cant afford to be far from him yet i dont want to hinder his plans though hes quite shaky still whether to go or not
*we have debts to pay and need to save a lot
*we dont have problems and we are so much in love together with our 9 yr old son
*i told him i can live the simpliest life as long as we are together
*he is more ambitious than me
*he wants to be rich
*we are happy family.
*our source of income here in the philippines is not good!

Sounds like you and your hubby have a good relationship, so you have nothing to worry about. Can you ask him if you and your family could move with him? Try and go with him so he can pursue a better career and also be with his family. If this isn't possible and you are going to better your lives by him going - then let him, but make sure you visit when you can. If the job is long term, start trying to make arrangements for your family to also move to wherever your husband is working. It's important for you to be with your spouse, and also for him to be with his family.

Every man eventually comes to a decision of which is more important time with the family or earning a better living. It's a tough decision and the "what if's" can haunt you.
He'll be missing out out the children growing up and all the every day events. I would let him try , though, at least, and support the decision he makes either way. He'll also get to the point that he'll realize that money can't replace time and time lost can never be replaced. At least, though, he'll have no "what if's" to haunt him.

let him be and earn his living this will make him happier in the sense he is providing for his fmily be gratefull he wants to do this for you and your child,you can write many letters keep contact by email and phone yes you will love him and miss him but it wont be forever just untill he can put you all on your feet again sdo that you will have stability financially

Im just trying to wrap my head around "whether i'll let my hubby work abroad or not"...............marriage is a compromise.
