The list can be endless. Anxiety can cause chest pain, and make your heart race. You can get severe stress related aches and pains ANYWHERE in your body, but the most common places are the head, neck, shoulders, and back. Stomach problems can also occure when one is stressed.

I felt like I was having a heart attack. I had chest pains, sweats, hot flashes, shaking. It felt like the world was closing in on me. I seriously thought I was dying. Anxiety attacks are terrible.
