i actually HATE eggs, they gimme a strange feeling in my stomach!!
but if i had to chooose, a classic omlet of eggs, potatos and ketchup!!!

Over Medium. Meaning the yolk is firm, but still soft little liquid. Sprinkled w/ just a little sea salt and pepper. Yum!

I can't believe no one saud Basted. If you like to dip tour toast in yoke, basted is the only way to go.
