*sigh* This is such a common situation it's not even funny.
Well, I would say just try and be friends with her. There's not really enough information here, such as age, how long you've known her, etc. but I would say just try being friends. You may grow out of her knowing her better, or else she may grow to like you too. :D

after a few failed attempts I would suggest you move on. Last thing a girl wants is some one dying over her, girls like a bit more of a challenge. Try abit of reverse psycology and dont bother with the eye contact, asking out etc, she might change her tune.

You can always confess your love to that person and see what they feel in return!! Would you rather like someone knowing they don't feel the same way or like them and they return the love back? (ask yourself that) because as you may stare all day and night at the person you "think you like when that "one" person is your true love is right behind that person!! Well if she wants to stay friends...stay friends its the best thing you can do...if she secretly wants you to like her...like every girl does...kind of flirt and let her know...or you could just ask her out the worst that could happen is her saying no...

Will if u really want her show it to her and if she don't like u still just tel her how u feel about and get to know her if she lets u. But if all that don't work LEAVE HER ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
