2 sticks butter
1 large egg
1/2 cup white sugar
1-1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 cups flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups of chocolate chip
Cream the first set of ingredients. Get it fluffy.
Slow mix in the flour-salt-soda mix. Once it's all in turn up the speed and mix thoroughly.
STIR in the chocolate chips
Bake on lighty sprayed pan / 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes (depending on the size of your cookies).
PS: i keep a cannister full of a mixture of semi-sweet chocolate chip, milk chocolate chips, m & m's, and chopped nuts. I measure out 2 cups of that instead of just plain chocolate chips. Try it.
