if your having sex..but they move to the back to do anal..and you tell them to stop but they dont. if you were okay with the other stuff but that not would it be considered rape?

It doesn't matter what you say yes to - when you say NO and he does it anyway that is rape. Don't listen to any 'spur of the moment' excuses or whatever else he might come up with to explain his behavior away. Get away from this guy and talk to a friend or counselor about any emotional repercussions you may be experiencing. A counselor will also be able to help you get a clear picture of your options and guide/support you should you choose to press charges. (this IS a criminal offense, forget about what treatau posted above, she has no idea what she is talking about. I do.).

Yes it is rape, the minute you said stop and the other party did not stop it is considered rape.

During the sexual activites, if any partner of the consenting two says, "No" or "Stop", sex is suppose to end! If it contiunes, this constitute rape. Wether it be for pain or personal issue, the sex session ends...

I think it could be considered rape because you said no and stop. And he didnt listen. I really think you should avoid this guy in future because he obviously doesnt have any respect for you.

you wouldnt have a civil case on it through the police but it is meaning that he doesnt respect you so i dont know why you would bother again to see him,if a guy respected you then when you say no it means no but as far as charging him for rape goes no because you still let him do everything else so that would proove inefficent on your behalf to a court evidence,let him go and dont see him again and dont have sex with someone unless you really love them and you know they are the one
