if someone says sorry for leading you on then it means that they were just trying to see how far they could get with you, that Way they will be able to tell all of their friends about you and how easy it was to lead you go. in other words it is never good.

well its not fair to lead someone on , relationhship or not, its not nice to do but a lot of men and women do it and i guess it is part of any relationship.
A relationship is not based on sex alone though so you shouldnt expect sex all the time to begin with. I dont like to me lead on and dropped like a hot potato either but i know this may happen so if he does it i just wont react to it knowing he may come back later for more and then really want to do it.
When he says "sorry for leading me on" i dont say anything back and that makes him think.

It depends what you are talking about they could be talking bout sex or even the realationship!like for sex she might have acted like she wanted to ahve sex but really didnt she was leading you on or when she pretended she liked you by all the flirty stuff she was doin she was leading you on to think she likes you!cause i do it all the time!
