To do this: the next time you are in the bathroom, stop peeing in mid stream, that is the muscle you will work on tightening. You can do these anytime, anywhere. Tighten and hold that muscle for 3 seconds and relax for 3 seconds. You should do this 10 - 15 times in a row, 3 times a day.

Try doing Kegal exercises. You squeeze your vagina like you would if you were trying to stop yourself from peeing. You can do them all the time, while driving, sitting, watching tv, standing in line, etc. Do them all throughout the day when you remember and it will stregthen and tighten your muscles.

there is a spice called alum it's a white powder, but don't put to much. a friend of mine put a teaspoon in her and she couldn't get wet or anything for like 3 days and she said it hurt like hell so only put a little. ladys of the night (prostitutes) back in the old days used to use it.
