In order to lose love handles you have to lose fat overall. So make sure to get in regular cardio. High Intensity is the best for blasting fat. Something that most people neglect is the lower back. Working the lower back along with your abs will tighten your whole core resulting in smaller waist in general. These are particularly important for getting rid of the love handle seeing that they are on the side of you core rather than the front.
