mix baking soda and peroxide {like a paste} it doesn't taste good but it works. it is also good for your gums. you have to keep using it and to get rid of the bad taste after you brush rinse with mouth wash.

Do not use peroxide, it really hurts your teeth enamel and gums.
You can however get trays done in your dentist office and wear them with bleaching gel. They work really well and they're better than crest white strips. Here's why...crest white strips has a much lower percentage of bleach, whereas if you get the bleaching gels from a dentist's office, they'll be much more effective.
Keep in mind, if you drink wine, smoke or even have tea, coffee or soda all the time...these procedures won't always give you the paper white results that you're looking for. Good Luck!!

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.
