to use Nair to remove hair from my testicals, and around my anus? I am wanting to get a new tattoo and don't really trust the tattoo artist to shave it for me.

You don't trust the artist to shave you, but you trust them to tattoo you?!?!?!
Dude, re-think the artist or your trust issues.
Whoever does the tattoo will shave you again, even if you claim to be smooth. They are not going to be willing to let their work be damaged by hairs you missed (or stubble).

No, the skin on your testicles is very thin and sensitive - it will burn like none other (a lovely chemical burn). Where exactly are you getting this tattoo? Are you sure you want needles there?
If you REALLY want this - get it waxed by a professional.
Nair is designed for legs and armpits - not super-sensitive areas. Not even eyebrows. You will hurt yourself if you do this.

No, it's not. Nair can be very irritating and harmful around sensitive areas. Your best bet is to let him or her shave for you (yes, they've got plenty of experience), or get waxed.
