does that really work or is it just b.s and does that mean if u want more than friendship with someone setting them free as a FRIEND or a prospective lover .

how do i get them to make a move without going through all this b.s

yes i believe so you see if your meant to be then you two will find your way back to each other after life has taught you some lessons you are both meant to learn,just how life is seems hard for that moment,however in some cases it might not work either i have been waiting 7 years and still he never came my way maby because we live in different countries i dont know but sometimes if you truley love someone then why have to let them go keep them close to your heart tell her how you feel and cherish your every moment because you never know when you might loose it
