marinate them with garlic and lemon juice to get them soft then grill them in a pan with "spray oil"

Steamed lobster tails are the best.
You can add crab boil if you like that flavor.
If you want a cleaner lobster flavor, steam in salted water so that the natural salt in the lobster's flesh does not get leached out.
You'll want to adjust the cooking time by about 2-5 minutes if you're only cooking the tails.

if you dont use any garlic I will come and join you for grilled lobster as starter and salmon and maindish. i will birng the dessert
