Your best bet would be to go to the American Civil Liberties Union web site in your area, or look in your local phone book under attorneys, or look up the Library of Congress.

If you are researching for yourself.....
Start with the United States Constitution and the Amendments....then start researching cases regarding your complaint.....then seek the help of a lawyer to file a legal complaint....

Chances are your civil rigts were not violated. Just because you were arrested does not mean your rights were violated. If your rights are violated you will not need to look them up to see if they were you will know it.

the rights you have are pretty much read to you. Miranda Rights. there really aren't any others.
