Chicken should be cooked until it reaches 165 degrees F when a proper thermometer is placed in the center (not touching the botom of the pan) You could actually keep the chicken covered unless you want it to have a grusty top. If htat's the case you can remove the coverring for about 10- 20 minutes. Happy Chicken Baking!

When you cook chicken you have to go by the weight. The whole chicken will take longer than a few chicken wings because it is spread out. Open cut stuff bake faster than a whole or bundled stuff. An hour per pound if perfect and well cooked. Some people are ok with just half hour to three quarter of an hour, but I like it well cooked. At three quarter hour I will turn off the oven but leave the chiken in there for the other 15 minutes

About an hour was a good answer. The juices of the chicken will run clear when it's cooked thoroughly. If you're not sure, stick a meat thermometer into a breast to test for doneness.

about 1 hour on 350-375 covered all the way. slice two yellow onions and place around the chicken. pour a 1 to 2 cans of water in the pan then season your chicken and sliced onions with cavendar's greek seasoning unless you want a crispy taste then remove the cover and broil for 2 to 5 minutes. be careful not to burn your meat.

Go with a "Brown-N-Bag". You can buy them in any grocery store. Cooking times are included and clean-up is a breeze!
