How about you practice some of what you preach. Instead of sitting there making snide remarks about the US Military. Why don't you do the world a HUGE favor and go home to your Insurgents loving arms. Where i am sure you will be greeted with the respect and admiration you deserve. Maybe if people like you were to start Posting Positive Comments. Instead of all that Terrorist Propaganda that you so Lovingly spread around. US Military Soldiers are being hurt everyday. Especially if they get the chance to read some of the Garbage you Print.

Obviously, you have no idea what you are talking about. War is not without cost, and some brave soldiers have paid the ultimate price.
Check your facts (as if you had any). You will find that the insurgents have paid a much higher price. But since they (and you?) do not value human life, it doesn't matter.
The insurgents have become so powerless that they have taken to killing women and children. I hope you are very proud of how the brave insurgents can kill babies. Too bad none of the insurgents are men.

We lose less than 2 soldiers a day & the lose more than 36 insurgents a day. It does not sound like we are having our butts handed to anyone. You, however, are a but wipe.
War is why someone gets hurt everyday - what school did you go to - one that did not explain war.

You would think that a country with such an inflated military budget and such advanced technological might would quite easily
squash insurgent forces armed primitively in comparison.
Let's examine history shall we(what a novel idea).
American revolutionary war, small groups of volunteer militia, unorganized, using guerrilla tactics to cripple and confuse the enemy, drawing them in to a long and costly war from which they withdraw.Any similarities there?
Colonial Americans were fighting on their own land and were galvanized by a common enemy.Similarities?
Asymmetrical warfare(one side with great firepower the other with primitive firepower)tends to find the lowest common denominator which can leave the under-armed force at an advantage.
Remember,Einstein said we'd use rocks on the other side.

I don't believe our military is getting their butts handed to them every day but many are getting hurt everyday. The reason, George W. Bush. He and all the Republicans get their jollies out of the American military fighting. They treat it like a big video game. Just maybe if you could send their kids, Jenna, Barbara, and the like over there to fight, it would be over in a heart beat. Republicans like to use other peoples kids to fight and die in war while they and their friends get all the contracts that profit from war. It's the Republican way. Don't blame the troops for what is happening. They are just being used as sacrificial pawns. They are the best fighting force in the world it's just that they'r not getting all the resources they need to fight the insugency correctly to beat their butts.

Because they wont let us do like we could during OIF 1 we could shoot first and then ask question. If an Insurgent were to throw a rock at a American soldier they could shoot the Ba$terd and no questions would be asked so I think we need to go back to the old ROE (Rules of Engagement). Then less Americans would be getting killed over there.

How is it that you can not spell or use proper grammar?
How many insurgents are getting hurt? You don't know because the media does not report that. But I would venture to guess, since I have been their twice, that many times the amount of insurgents are being wounded and killed than our men and women.

It would be easy for our brave soldiers to exterminate the terrorists if it did not have to follow the military rules of engagement. It's a lot easier to achieve an objective if you don't have to be concerned about collateral damage.
History review: the Nazis acted ruthlessly. They would exterminate a whole village if it was seen as a source of insurrection. Our military operates under the highest standard of professionalism. They are helping the Iraqis build schools, dig sewers, and make life better for the average citizen. They act in a generous and selfless manner.
They put themselves at risk in order to avoid hurting civilians.
Our military is there to help the Iraqis and Afghans, not to terrorize them. Therefore, they have to operate with, metaphorically, one arm tied behind their back.
Why do you always post such ridiculous, biased questions? You and "Answerman" must be conjoined twins.

In the second world war there was a British traitor called Lord Haw Haw who used to broadcast on German radio to the British Isles.
His broadcasts in an Oxford English accent were intended to sap morale and make the Brits less likely to fight. He failed as everyone thought he was a joke and used to ridicule him.
His intention however was treasonous, and the thing which has disconcerted me about your latest posting is that what you have said above is exactly the kind of broadcast he used to make.
When the Nazis were defeated he was hanged for treason.
