Yes it is inappropriate and if your kids do it then they should be told that it is not nice to laugh at peoples differences. All else fails tell them that what goes around comes around and if they laugh at someone like that then their butt will be 10x that big once they get that age.

Kids will do something like that when they have seen an adult doing the same or from something they may have seen on TV. It is inappropriate and rude. Parents should explain to their children that people come in all shapes, sizes, color, and differences. It is what makes each of us unique. They should also monitor their own behavior around their children. They learn from us.

Yes, its very inappropriate. Parents should tell the children that it is bad to say something like that. If the other person hears the comment then the children should have to apologize to that person.

It is rude, and if parents see their kids do that they should sit them down and talk to them about it and if that doesn't work stuff their kids pants with toilet paper and ask them how they'd feel if they were laughed at because of their body!

I believe that thte parents need to teach the children that that is very inapropriate and that they should not point and laugh at someone's body shape. Yes all kids do find it funny, but you need to discipline them and teach them that it is very hurtful to people.

What I would do is take my son to the next room and give him a high five. Becuase personally, I would be proud. That is if the woman was good looking. If she wasn't, I would then proceed to explain to him why thats not right, and just give a warning.
