At first it may be difficult to tell in the beginning of a relationship, but everyone shows love in different ways. There is a book called "The five love languages" that describes how people show love in different ways. Most likely he well treat you with respect and not force you to do anything you don't want to. He will always ask for your opinion, open the door for you, when he sits down he will face towards you, he looks at you alot, and he seems happy when you are around. There is much more, but those are just a couple things to look for.

every guy got a different way of showing how he loves, but you'll just feel it , and after that he'll tell you , but let it go out of your mind cause this will drive you crazy, it all come in the right time

It seems you already have doubts about his love. wait for the perfect, silent, moment and looking straight into his eyes, ask him if he really loves you.

believe me you'll know when u look in his eyes, when ya'll talk and stuff like that just pay attention to his reaction and you'll find out.
