I'm not bashing homosexuality, I'm just confused about this whole thing. What is your opinion on this?

They don't have the required reproductive equipment. We are supposed to be fruitful and multiply. God created Adam and Eve. The rest of us are a result of them being fruitful and multiplying. That is part of God's plan for us. The purpose of sex is to reproduce. If you have sex with a same sex partner then it is not productive. It can also spread disease. God didn't make people gay. He gave them freewill and then they decided against his will to become gay.
If they want to have children maybe they should consider being heterosexual.

It sounds like you're presuming that the "correct" union of 2 people is defined by their ability to reproduce as a pair. If so, then maybe you should look at it from another angle. Or maybe your premise is just incorrect. Producing a child (the end) is not necessarily the obective of a loving relationship between 2 people (the means).

Being gay doesn't preclude one from an attraction or a loving relationship with the opposite sex. Making the choice to pair up homosexually is not a one shot deal. Anyone can change their choices at anytime.

I see the homosexual relationship as providing a different experience than the heterosexual one. One that does not include producing children. It takes 2 parts to create the whole, but having the experience only on one side of those parts is a valid experience also.

Remember, physical reality is demonstrated by the co-existence of opposites, with room for movement back and forth in between. The opposite sex relationship produces the possibility of the same sex relationship by it's very existence. Otherwise it wouldn't be a choice (either hetero of homo). And, both serve to make the other real.

Of course a gay person could conceive or sire a child. Unless, of course, that person was infertile. However, there is no relationship between fertility and sexuality. Homosexuals are no more or less fertile than heterosexuals.

Now, you are probably meaning, why can't two people of the same sex have a child with each other? Well, human beings need a male and a female zygote to reproduce. That's a bit difficult when you have a same-sex couple. However, there are several ways to get around this, including adoption, in vitro fertilization, surrogacy.

My follow-up question would be, why is reproducing so all-ecompassing important? Is the worth of a human being based on wheter or not they can produce a child? If so, then a lot of infertile heterosexuals are in far more trouble than your average homosexual.

I like DawnsEarlyLight's answer. There are a lot of kids out there in need of a loving, nurturing home. I really don't care if that loving, nurturing home consists of Mommy and Daddy or Mommy and Mommy or Daddy and Daddy.

Perhaps, he made people gay in an effort to control the world's population. And, if society would be a little more tolerant we wouldn't be HOARDING the earth's resources.

Do you really think your as smart as god anyway? You don't even understand why two people of the same sex can't have kids.

That what you said right here proves that gay marriage is wrong, because it cannot produce children or a family. God intended gay people to remain single and not give into their attractions to the same sex.

God did not make gay people. He just made people. I feel that gay people are a mutation in the human species. They are like the animals that have extra arms or eyes. That is my opinion on this.

Ok well lets put another spin on this. If god made things male and female how to potatoes exist? Potatoes are asexual, they dont need a seed or egg as such to re-produce.

As for us gays, well its either adoption or the turkey baster. Just becasue we are gay it doesn mean that our sexual organs are any less functional than a hetrosexuals.

God didnt make gay people. He made man and woman. The people chose to be gay through their free will. God made man and woman to be together and multiply

Genesis 1:
27] So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
[28] And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Look at the human population. See how many there are? See how many are starving? Commiting suicide, rape, murder?

The human population is overrun. The top of every food chain and stuffed 'till cramped in most land spaces of the world. Homosexuals don't need to have children of their own when they can adopt, foster, and care for the children of heterosexual couples who cannot/will not care for them themselves.

God made people, some people choose to be gay. Elementary health class can explain why gays cannot have children.

There are many ways to "have" children. For a couple to reproduce there must be a penis and a vagina involved. For more information visit http://www.sexed.com

I would hope that god would rather two people be together for love, instead of reproduction.
