Who all speaks pig latin?

Lots of people speak pig latin. There are lots of movies and TV shows that incorporate a little pig latin into their scenes.
The only movie I can think of right now that used pig latin is Monsters, Inc (the movie made by Pixar).
It's even in the encyclopedia. That's the first place I encountered it (way back when I was 7).

I thought that everyone learned how to speak that when they were about seven and it was repressed until a time when it would be used for good, not evil.
