I have seen a lot of questions talking about rape, drug use and other illegal things, do they get in trouble?

The worst that can happen to someone on here is they get reported to Yahoo Answers which in return will get that question removed or they will suspend them from the site......

There is no such thing as an illegal question. Acts are illegal, not words. This Bush administration sure has everybody spooked!

The first answerer is wrong. You can be tracked by your computer, most things are just too petty to waste resources looking for you.

Not really because their identidy and location isn't revealed. So, the police can't do anything about it.
