You should use a semi permanent dye that matches your other color. The blonde in your hair was done with either bleach or peroxide and that hair is now very porous. If you can afford to have a professional colorist help you because you could really damage your hair.

Yeah, I want to get the blonde highlights out of my hair too but i've been too busy and lazy to get around to it. Anyway there are dyes to get it out of your hair without actually ruining your natural hair color. Or you can just wait until the highlights grow out and you can cut your hair.

I'm a guy, so my advice could be way off, as I've never got highlights (or lowlights, or any of those "fancy" hair treatments.)

I would think the best way would be let your hair grow out. Or, you could try dying the highlights to your normal hair color.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Try using a semi-permanent hair color on your hair until the highlights grow out. Use a color similar to the hair color that you are trying to achieve.

re-tint your hair with natural coloring, but always apply product to the blonde hair first

Pull them out. It might hurt a little but I'm sure it would be worth it in the end.
